Please Note:

Due to a shortage of groceries, produce and volunteers we are only able to be open for visits on Tuesdays from 12:00 until 1:00pm.

Monthly Hampers are available once a month- the 2nd Tuesday of the month only. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call 250-547-2225 Appointments are between 11:30-1:00pm

Extra’s are available each and every Tuesday, between 12-1pm. Walk-In’s-no appointment required. Extra’s are often limited, and provided as is available.

For New Clients

Families/Couples/Singles in need of food assistance may apply for support by registering at the Food Bank on Tuesdays from 11:30- 1:00 pm, or you may complete and submit the online application form or feel free to right-click to print it and then bring it with you when you come in person.

Our suggestion is for you to come any or all Tuesdays from 12-1 pm, during that time we can offer you extras, and each week after that as long as you need our services.

We are closed everyday for client visits- with the exception of Tuesdays from 11:30-1:00 pm


Hampers and Extra’s

Our weekly “Extra’s” are on Tuesdays between 12:00 and 1:00. This is where we distribute any extra fresh produce, meat, or products that may have come in.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Our “Monthly” regular Hamper is on the Second Tuesday of the month… between 11:30 and 1:00. During this hamper week you will go home with anything we have that’s fresh, including milk, margarine, and eggs, as well as canned or frozen veggies, beans, canned fish, Mac & Cheese, Pasta, and cereal, as we have supplies. We will offer you some frozen meat as well. it’s during this special hamper day that you are able to request a couple of the other things you may need that we have on hand, such as condiments, soap, sugar, coffee, peanut butter, jam, and pet food are examples.
